The barbell is 316-L surgical steel. The balls are UV Acrylic. These are all 14 gauge with 5mm round balls with 1" long barbells. You can also use these as body jewelry for other 14 gauge piercings. This tongue ring has 5mm round balls instead of the standard 6mm round.
