This is an 18" long 0.7 mm cable chain that is 18 kt gold over sterling silver also called Vermeil. It is gold plated silver. The pendant is also Vermeil and is about 1" by 3/4" in a heart design. It features natural rubies on one side and diamond chips on the other. There are 7- 2mm round ruby's on the left side and 1 .5mm round diamond on the right side of the pendant. It comes in a Red gift box, this is all original packaging.
