This is a 316L stainless steel spinner ring. The ring is a size 5 and measures 5.98 mm wide and 2.21 mm thick. The silver band stays in place then the blue band will spin around it. This ring will turn colors/tarnish if you get it wet or put certain chemicals like lotions on it. The spinner it tight but will loosen up with use/wear.
