This is a cute y2K dress. This spaghetti Strap Blue floral dress has a sideways slant. There is a tie on the side but in my last move the string that went there got lost in a box and I have yet to find it. If I do find it, it will go with the dress when I ship it out. There are 6 tie holes on the side ties. I used to wear this dress all the time but since I am now moving again I need to sell off half my closet. This dress is made in Macau. This is 100% polyester.
