Navy Blue and White Dress by New York & Company, Size 8. This dress is fully lined. The shell is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. This is a pretty floral dress, but because I'm really tall I can only wear it with tights or leggings and it's a cute spaghetti strap dress and I just want to wear it in the summer and not show my whole butt and it needs to be worn by some cute short girl and not a giraffe like me.
