This is a brand new palette but I ordered 3 palettes and only this one arrived with a damaged outer package and the fact I know the owners of the brand they are re-shipping me a new palette, so I'm passing this one one as I keep all the packaging, plus this is so beautiful I wanted a pristine box!  This retails for $59.
